I’m running because the City Council is not doing its job. The City Council often bases its policies on faulty assumptions, fails to set meaningful goals, and thus cannot demand measurable results. Therefore, the City does not address critical issues in the effectiveness of the ordinances it enacts. The responsibility falls to citizens to ask “WTD” (where’s the data) and expose problems. The problem exists in zoning, bike lanes, and other ordinances
Cambridge deserves a city government that respects its people, spends wisely, and strengthens our diverse communities. I’m running for City Council because our current leadership is failing these goals and I believe with your help, we can do better.
