Tomorrow, perspective candidates can start pulling nomination papers from the Election Commission. Once a candidate has submitted 50 valid signatures by July 31st, they will be placed on the ballot in the Fall. These signatures must be unique, that is to say be from people who haven’t signed for anyone else.
The School Committee candidate pages for the incumbents are now ready. Of the six incumbents, three have confirmed that they’re seeking reelection. Rachel B. Weinstein has announced that she’s not running.
