- #1 (CMA 2026-54) “A federal update including an update on relevant court cases”
- #2 (CMA 2026-52) “FY 2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report”
- #3 (CMA 2026-56) In response to the council’s request to ease the housing permitting process, the city will, “identify a set of potential process improvements or policy changes that appear most promising for reducing cost, delay, or uncertainty in the permitting process”
